Service Description

This skincare consultation will be held virtually where we can discuss your skincare concerns, goals and plans for treatment. We can also conduct an in person consultation IF requested or if you would potentially like to do a facial service immediately after consultation. The consultation will go over your current skincare routine, your overall skin goals, I will asses your skin and ask you the needed questions to achieve your goal. We will set up a daily day time and night time routine based on your needs. This will include customized instructions on what to use, when to use it and what it will do. Consultations will also include discounted products on retail prices, 1 on 1 coaching or assistance when needed. I am here to be your skincare coach and help you reach your skincare goal! My goal is to make sure you love your skin and most importantly feel comfortable in your own skin.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits: A $25 deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. Deposit is applied to your service and is taken off the total service amount after your service is provided. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours of the scheduled service, your deposit will be forfeited and not applied to any future services booked. If you cancel your service less than 48 hours more than 2 times, you will no longer be able to book any future services. Reschedule Policy: I understand that schedules can change, and I am more than happy to accommodate your needs whenever possible. However, due to the time and resources involved in preparing for your appointment, a rescheduling fee may apply as follows: You are allowed to reschedule more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled service and you are allowed to reschedule within 14 days of your scheduled service without a fee. On your second reschedule (within a month) OR if reschedule is outside the 14 day window, a $25 fee will be applied and this credit will not be applied to your service. Late and Now Show Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled service, your service will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. If you No Show, deposit will be forfeited and you will no longer be able to schedule any future services. Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes to your schedule service and make sure your client intake form is filled out prior to your arrival.
