60 Minute Custom Facial

Service Description

This is a 60 minute customized facial that will address your basic skin concerns. Services performed will be different for each client and can be different each time booked. Facial can include but depending on your skin type and concerns can differ: Skin Analysis Double Cleanse with Steam Exfoliant/Enzyme Extractions (if needed) High Frequency (if needed) Hydrodermabrasion with custom serum Neck, shoulder, facial massage (time permitting) Radio Frequency Custom Mask LED Light Therapy Customized Product Layering Some add on options can be including at no additional cost if I see fit during the facial. ADD ON OPTIONS: Dermaplane - $30 Nano Infusion -$30 Collagen Hand Treatment - $10 Hydrojelly Mask - $20 *Deposit goes towards your service

Cancellation Policy

Deposits: A $25 deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. Deposit is applied to your service and is taken off the total service amount after your service is provided. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours of the scheduled service, your deposit will be forfeited and not applied to any future services booked. If you cancel your service less than 48 hours more than 2 times, you will no longer be able to book any future services. Reschedule Policy: I understand that schedules can change, and I am more than happy to accommodate your needs whenever possible. However, due to the time and resources involved in preparing for your appointment, a rescheduling fee may apply as follows: You are allowed to reschedule more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled service and you are allowed to reschedule within 14 days of your scheduled service without a fee. On your second reschedule (within a month) OR if reschedule is outside the 14 day window, a $25 fee will be applied and this credit will not be applied to your service. Late and Now Show Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled service, your service will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. If you No Show, deposit will be forfeited and you will no longer be able to schedule any future services. Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes to your schedule service and make sure your client intake form is filled out prior to your arrival.
